For orders under AUD $1000, Iguana Sell covers up to $30 AUD

Orders below $500 AUD are subject to full shipping fees

Bear in mind that we cover custom duties to the following South Pacific countries: Australia, New Zealand and Philippines. So the price you pay is the final price of the product delivered at your door. If you would like to send to another country, just contact us to know if we cover the customs.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Products in stock will be sent within 24 working hours after the confirmation of the purchase. Afterwards, the packages will be delivered by FedEx, our partner company.

The delivery time is around 3-5 business days. Please, note that the packages that have to go through customs may suffer a slight delay that depends on the customs agents.

Although our stock features more than 4,000 products, it is possible that your special piece is not in stock. In this case, we will contact you in the following days after your order confirmation to keep you informed of the status of your order.

You have 30 days to decide whether your new purchase pleases you, starting from the reception date.

Christmas purchases ordered from 15th November on, enjoy an extended return period until 15th January.
