Today we are celebrating our most magical Friday Outfit, because today we have inspired our Friday Outfit on Walpurgis Night or The Night of the Witches.

No one really knows for sure the origins of this celebration. But for a long time, on Germany this day was believed to be the night when witches and wizards danced with the devil.

This myth continued for years, making Walpurgis Night become a night where villagers lit torches to protect their selves from witches, hung crucifixes and herbs on their doorsteps and poured salt on their livestock sheds to protect their cattle from being stolen by witches or the devil himself.

Currently this night is celebrated as a festivity for tourists and focused on the protection from black magic. Parades, people dressed up as demons and witches, bonfires and fireworks are its most emblematic items!
