The "Old vineyard with peasant woman" edition is presented in an elegant white box with a new Visconti logo and an image of the Van Gogh painting to which it is dedicated. The combination of white, gray and blue tones is reminiscent of winter, motifs and festive season. The fountain pen features a palladium-plated steel nib engraved with the artist's signature. The set includes a bookmark and an inkwell, matching the fountain pen, which recalls the same colors used in the mentioned painting.

The pen is beautiful and although we got off to a rocky start with it initially feeling like it had grease on the end of the nib when writing, a thorough cleaning removed whatever was coating the nib and now it’s an absolutely perfect writer. I find myself reaching for it daily despite having plenty of pens to choose from and it being inked with a simple black.
