Was very skeptical at first, read some reviews, etc. Then emailed 1-2x with a sales person. She confirmed the watch was in stock and would ship Within a day. I ordered late Thursday, it shipped Friday, watched its shipping progress each day, and it was delivered at 8:42 am in NY, Monday morning. Excellent customer service, watch is perfect.
