Friday Outfit: Geek Pride Day

Hello everyone,

Its finally Friday and with it comes a new fun Friday Outfit. This week, we want to celebrate with all of you the Geek Pride Day which took place yesterday, 25st of May.

The celebration date for this event was chosen in 2006, matching with the premier of one of the geekest sagas in cinema: Star Wars, back in 1977.

But who thought of this conmemoration? Why do people celebrate the Geek Pride Day? The idea came up back in 2006 due to a Spanish blogger German Martinez, also known as Sr. Buebo. The Geek Pride Day was first celebrated in Spain, and it rapidly expanded all around the world. Its main objective is to tribute sci-fi, fantasy, comics and manga lovers. 

This year Iguana Sell wants to join the celebration creating a Friday Outfit with different Limited and Special Editions that reknowned brands like Montegrappa and S.T Dupont have created inspired by Geek's favourite sagas: Star Wars, DC- Comics or Game of Trhones.
