1. ORGANISING COMPANY

IGUANA SELL, S.L., with Tax ID (CIF) B84848134 and registered office at Calle Albasanz 35, 3A, 28037 Madrid, Spain (hereinafter, “IGUANA”), organises the promotional prize draw entitled “ASTON MARTIN PIT STOP” (hereinafter, the “Prize Draw”), in accordance with these Legal Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the Prize Draw is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PRIZE DRAW

The Prize Draw is promotional in nature and is organised in connection with the Aston Martin Pit Stop experience organised by IGUANA.

Participants may enter either in person, through the experience provided by IGUANA, or online via the landing page and digital games made available for the event.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

The Prize Draw is open internationally and individuals residing in any country may participate, subject to the limitations set out in these Terms and Conditions.

In territories where participation in this type of promotion, receipt of the prize or shipment thereof is prohibited or subject to legal or administrative requirements incompatible with these Terms and Conditions, IGUANA reserves the right to exclude participation or, where applicable, delivery of the prize.

Prizes will be shipped free of charge to addresses located in Spain.

Where the winner’s delivery address is outside Spain, the winner shall bear the cost of shipping the prize. The winner shall also be solely responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import duties, customs fees or any other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

4. DURATION

The participation period will begin on 4 September 2026 at 00:00 and end on 13 September 2026 at 23:59, based on Spanish mainland time.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Any individual aged 14 or over who meets the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions may participate in the Prize Draw.

Participants under the age of 18 must have the authorisation of their parent or legal guardian to participate in the Prize Draw.

If a person aged between 14 and 17 is selected as a winner, IGUANA may request, prior to delivery of the prize, the corresponding authorisation from their parent or legal guardian and any documentation reasonably necessary to verify such authorisation.

Failure to provide such evidence when requested may prevent the prize from being awarded.

Employees of IGUANA and persons who have been directly involved in the organisation, technical development or management of the Prize Draw may not participate.

6. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS

To participate in the Prize Draw, the following requirements must be met:

• Be aged 14 or over.
• Read and accept these Legal Terms and Conditions and the information regarding the processing of personal data.

Once these requirements have been met, a valid entry in the Prize Draw requires the participant to:

• Access the “What Type of Driver Are You?” game, either in person or online.
• Correctly complete the registration form with the requested information.
• Complete the game.

Compliance with these requirements and participation mechanics will grant the participant ONE (1) entry into the Prize Draw.

Additional entry via Instagram

Participants may obtain ONE (1) additional entry by sharing the result obtained in the “What Type of Driver Are You?” game on Instagram and correctly tagging @iguana_sell.

Sharing the result on Instagram is entirely voluntary and is not a requirement for entering the Prize Draw.

Therefore:

• Valid registration and completion of the game: 1 entry.
• Sharing the result on Instagram and tagging @iguana_sell: 1 additional entry.

Each participant may have a maximum of TWO (2) entries in the Prize Draw.

Where an Instagram profile is private or IGUANA is otherwise unable to verify the post directly, IGUANA may request a screenshot or other reasonable evidence demonstrating that the requirement was fulfilled during the promotional period.

The post must have been published between 4 and 13 September 2026.

IGUANA may invalidate duplicate or automated entries, entries made using false identities, or entries where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or manipulation, as well as entries falling within any of the circumstances described in Section 13 of these Legal Terms and Conditions regarding Fraud and Misuse.

7. PRIZES

There will be TWO (2) Aston Martin watches awarded to TWO (2) winners:

SECOND PRIZE

Market value/RRP: €179

The total market value of the prizes is €498.

Each winner will receive one prize only.

The prizes may not be exchanged for cash or, at the winner’s request, replaced with another product.

8. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Once the promotional period has ended, IGUANA will conduct a random selection from among all valid entries using the system available through Appsorteos, which will select the two (2) winners of the Prize Draw.

Each entry will constitute an independent chance of winning. Therefore, participants who have correctly obtained the additional Instagram entry will have two chances in the random selection, compared with one chance for participants who have only completed the game.

If a prize is not claimed by a winner or if any incompatibility arises, IGUANA may select alternate winners for each prize using the same random selection procedure and system indicated above.

The same person may not win both prizes. If the same person is selected again for the second prize, a new selection will be carried out.

9. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The winners will be contacted by IGUANA using the email address provided on the entry form.

Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking their inbox and, where applicable, their junk or spam folders.

The winner must respond to IGUANA’s notification within a maximum period of THREE (3) calendar days from the date it is sent.

If the winner does not respond within this period, expressly rejects the prize, fails to meet the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions, or is unable to provide evidence of compliance when requested, IGUANA may consider the prize forfeited and contact the corresponding first alternate winner.

The same rule will apply successively to alternate winners.

10. DELIVERY OF PRIZES

To arrange delivery, winners must provide IGUANA with the information strictly necessary to ship the prize.

Shipping to addresses located in Spain will be covered by IGUANA.

Winners residing outside Spain must bear the corresponding international shipping costs, as well as any taxes, customs duties, import fees, customs charges or other costs that may arise from receiving the prize in the destination country.

IGUANA will inform the winner of the applicable shipping costs before dispatching the prize.

11. TAXATION

The prizes awarded under this Prize Draw will be subject to the applicable tax regulations.

IGUANA will comply with any tax obligations legally applicable to it as organiser of the promotion, including, where applicable, any withholding or payment-on-account obligations arising from the award of the prizes.

Winners will be responsible for complying with any personal tax obligations arising from receipt of the prize under the legislation applicable to them.

Where necessary to comply with the relevant tax obligations, IGUANA may request from the winner any tax information and documentation strictly necessary for this purpose.

12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

IGUANA SELL, S.L. will act as the data controller for the personal data provided by participants.

The personal data required for participation will be processed for the purposes of managing participation in the Prize Draw, verifying compliance with its requirements, selecting and contacting the winners, arranging delivery of the prizes, preventing fraudulent entries and complying with legal obligations arising from the promotion.

The processing of personal data required to manage the promotion will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the entry form.

Consent to receive marketing communications from IGUANA is not a requirement for participating in the Prize Draw.

Where a participant voluntarily provides specific consent to receive marketing communications, IGUANA may use their personal data to send them news, promotions, product launches, events and other marketing communications relating to its products and services.

Such consent must be requested separately and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting participation in the Prize Draw.

Participants may exercise their rights under applicable data protection legislation through the channels indicated in IGUANA’s Privacy Policy.

13. FRAUD AND MISUSE

IGUANA may exclude any participant from the Prize Draw where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:

• the use of false identities or information;
• the creation of multiple registrations intended to obtain additional entries;
• the use of automated systems, bots or similar procedures;
• manipulation of the games, forms or Prize Draw mechanisms;
• falsification of Instagram posts or supporting evidence;
• any other conduct contrary to good faith or intended to artificially alter the outcome of the Prize Draw.

Any exclusion must be based on objectively justifiable circumstances.

14. INSTAGRAM AND META

Instagram and Meta do not sponsor, endorse, administer or have any association with this Prize Draw.

Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to IGUANA and not to Instagram or Meta.

Any additional entry obtained via Instagram is also subject to compliance with the platform’s terms of use.

IGUANA will not be responsible for interruptions, changes, restrictions or technical issues attributable to Instagram that prevent a post from being shared or verified.

15. PLATFORM OPERATION

IGUANA will take reasonable measures to ensure the proper functioning of the experience and participation system.

However, IGUANA will not be responsible for incidents caused by circumstances beyond its control, including Internet outages, problems with participants’ devices, third-party failures, temporary unavailability of social networks or force majeure events.

Where a technical issue attributable to the organisation substantially affects the equal opportunities of participants, IGUANA may take any measures necessary to restore such equality.

16. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

IGUANA may modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Prize Draw where justified reasons, unforeseen circumstances, legal obligations, serious technical incidents or force majeure events prevent it from being carried out as planned.

Any material modification will be communicated through reasonable means and will respect, to the extent legally required, any rights already acquired by participants.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in the Prize Draw implies that the participant has read and fully accepts these Legal Terms and Conditions.

Failure to comply with any of the essential requirements established herein may result in the participant’s exclusion.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply to participants residing in other territories and which cannot legally be excluded by agreement.

Any dispute relating to the promotion will be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
