- The Emperor collection brings back the oversized No. 50 nib fountain pen from the early 1930s, known as "No.50 Jumbo." The ink stop function is also the same as the original. The beauty is enhanced by using oil-free lacquer for the final layer and a polishing method called "Roiro Urushi Shiage (oil-free lacquer finish)," where the process involves repeatedly rubbing raw lacquer after polishing with a special charcoal.
