One week more we bring you a new Friday Outfit about a new primary color: white. That´s why we would like to show you some quartz and automatic watches and other items we have in stock of this color. White is not exactly a color, but a value, since it is obtained from the sum of all colors. The white color is associated with light, goodness, innocence, tranquility, equality and unity.

Before talking about the selected products, let us see some curiosities about the white color:

- In great number of cultures white is the color of goodness, purity, virgin and uncontaminated. However, in some oriental cultures, white is associated with death and mourning.

-The struggle between Good and Evil has always been represented with white and black respectively. That is why the purer white tonality the more perfect is considered.

- White is a color widely used in design because it is ideal to highlight technical qualities of the products. One example of this is the first iPod model, for which it was used white.

- In the Industrial Age, white was an indicator of social status. The use of white clothes was unthinkable for workers due to the costly conditions of fabric maintenance. Thus, the clothes of this color were only used by the upper classes. That is why in countries like England and United States the term white-collar worker is used as a synonym for work status.
- Eskimos have more than 40 different words to say white. Living in a region where this color abounds requiring different words to differentiate all the shades.
