1. Can I Place an order? They will be shipped now?
 

Yes. As of todayour shipping service works as usual. Therefore, your orders could be delivered to the address you want. We ask you to choose a place where someone will be there to pick them up. So please, avoid addresses like offices or workplaces that may be closed.

We appreciate your patience if the procedure takes longer than expected. You can check your order status thanks to the order confirmation mails. In any case, we will be more than glad to assist you atinfo@iguanasell.com if you have any questions.
 
2. Is it safe to receive packages at this moment?
 

Totally yes. According to authorities, the e-commerce business can keep working because their services are safe. We have adapted our procedures in order to comply with the Ministry of Health and ensure the safety of each package we ship.

Neverthelessif you prefer to receive your order when everything has passed, or at a later time,just indicate your preferences by sending an email toinfo@iguanasell.com.
 
3. Is the return service still working?
 
Yes. But please keep in mind that the management and the refund could take longer than usual. Contact us if you want to receive more information according to the status of your return.
 
4. The estimated delivery times could be changed?

 

The estimated delivery time can be delayed a little, because your shipment does not depend only on Iguana Sell. We assure you that the products in stock, will be shipped within a week. Nevertheless, Iguana Sell is an official dealer of several brands and some of them have closed their offices. For that reason, if your order is not in stock and we have to order it to the dealer, the delivery time may be affected. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you want more precise information.

5. What measures has Iguana Sell taken to protect its customers and employees?

 

The scenario is constantly changing and we are adapting our procedures each day as it comes, trying to deal with the situation in the best way possible.

Nowadaysour team is telecommuting andour physical store at Nuñez de Balboa 90 is closed. Just our logistics employees work at our installations in alternating shifts, they save the distance between them andhave to use hand sanitizer before handling the product and disinfect each package before shipping them.

- DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING COST TO?

Iguana Sell customers from AU enjoy free shipping for orders over AUD $1000. For orders under that amount, we cover 30 AUD. Orders below AUD 500 are subject to full shipping fees.

We don't currently ship APO address, sorry. However, please feel free to contact us so we can provide you with alternatives to receive the product.

- WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CARRIERS?

We ship our orders with UPS Express.

- DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX?

Sorry, UPS doesn't allow shipments to P.O. Boxes except for Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
