- WHERE IS MY ORDER?

To track your order, please follow these steps:

  • If there is no tracking information, the order hasn't been shipped yet. If you think it should have been already shipped, please contact us.

- COULD YOU GIVE ME AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?

You can check if the order has been shipped following these steps:

  • Click on the order you would like to track. You will see the tracking information and the estimated delivery time.

  • If there is no tracking information yet, the order hasn't been shipped. If you think it should have been already shipped, or you would like to have an estimated delivery time, please contact us.

- ARE YOU ABLE TO DELIVER OVERNIGHT? COULD YOU DELIVER THE ITEM ON SATURDAY?

That depends on the shipping location. Please let us know where you would like the product to be shipped and we will let you know if that's possible.

Iguana Sell customers from AU enjoy free shipping for orders over $350. For orders under $350, the shipping cost will be $29.

- DO YOU DELIVER TO AN APO ADRESS?

We don't currently ship APO address, sorry. However, please feel free to contact us so we can provide you with alternatives to receive the product.

- WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CARRIERS?

We ship our orders with UPS Express.

- DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX?

Sorry, UPS doesn't allow shipments to P.O. Boxes except for Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
