In order to return your purchase, just follow these steps:

  1.  Fill out this form or just write as an email at info@iguanasell.com . You will receive in your email a pre-paid shipping label to send the product(s) back to us.
  2. Wrap your product and warranty un a bubble wrap envelope or little box (you can use the one that came in the first shipment). Print the shipping label you have received by email and place it on the package.
  3. Drop your package off at an UPS Shipping Center or schedule a pick up at home or at the office:

 

If the order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us and provide us your order number. We will cancel the order and give you a 100% refund.

You can return your order within 30 days of the reception.

The returns for customers from Spain and other countries of European Union are free of charges except for the cases described below:

  • If you have paid shipping cost while placing your order, the return cost for residents of Spain and other European Union countries is 18 AUD
  • If your order contains several items and be returning one of them  the total value is below the minimum order,  the return cost for residents of Spain and other European Union countries is 18 AUD
  • If the product was sent in good condition and the return is damaged or incomplete as it was sent, there will be a charge as a consequence of the damage. In case of damage to the product due to inappropriate usage (other than to verify the condition of the item), you will be charged the related amount in order to restore the damaged produced.

The returns for customers residents of countries outside the European Union and USA, the following conditions are applied:

  • If you have paid shipping cost while placing your order, the return cost for residents of countries outside the European Union is 25 AUD.
  • If your order contains several items and be returning one of them  the total value is below the minimum order, the return cost for residents of countries outside the European Union is 25 AUD.

If the product was sent in good condition and the return is damaged or incomplete as it was sent, there will be a charge as consequence of the damage. In case of damage to the product due to inappropriate usage (other than to verify the condition of the item), you will be charged the related amount in order to restore the damaged produced.

Please contact us and we will arrange the return.

Of course you can. If the new product is cheaper we will refund you the difference and if it is more expensive you will be charged for the difference.
